Return and Cancellation

Most items sold by Pet Facets, LLC may be returned for credit or refund within 14 days of the shipping date.  Due to contamination, hygienic and sanitary reasons, merchandise that has been used is NOT returnable.  Any merchandise with a broken security seal is NOT returnable.  Merchandise in opened packaging is NOT returnable.

Return merchandise must be in saleable/original condition. Saleable/original condition means all merchandise must be in the unopened/unused original packaging and must be returned and void of any marks, stickers, smells, damage or broken safety seal. A credit/refund amount will be issued minus a restocking fee of $10.00 minimum or 20%, whichever is greater to the original payment method.  Shipping costs are not refundable. To assure prompt and accurate credit to you on returned merchandise, please follow these steps:

  1. A "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" (RMA#) must be obtained by contacting Pet Facets, LLC by email at petfacets@gmail.com . This number will be valid for 5 days. 
  2. The "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" (RMA#) must be clearly indicated on the outside of each package or the package will be refused. 
  3. Credit will be given on errors that are clearly a Pet Facets, LLC error provided returns are requested within 14 days of the shipping date of the merchandise. 
  4. Returns on merchandise other than a Pet Facets, LLC error, will be assessed a minimum restocking fee of $10.00 or 20%, whichever is greater. Pet Facets, LLC has no obligation to authorize a return requested after two weeks have passed from date of shipment. 
  5. Pet Facets, LLC will have no obligation to provide refund/credit for returns unless the merchandise is in the original carton in original condition (including: packaging, unbroken security seals, paperwork, receipts, etc.).  
  6. The original packaging should be packed in a heavier shipping box with proper packing material to protect the merchandise. We suggest all returns be sent with a tracking number. Buyer must pay all costs related to return shipping. 
  7. Returns will not be accepted C.O.D., nor does Pet Facets LLC have an obligation to reimburse shipping pick-up charges. 
  8. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Product Return Reasons: 

Different From What Was Ordered
  1. A return postage label will be send to you for the return of merchandise(s) back to us. 
  2. After verification/inspection, the correct products will be shipped you.

No Longer Needed or Wanted
  1. Within 14 days of shipment date of the order, all merchandise returned for restocking by the buyer for any reason, i.e.: Refused, Returned to Sender, Change of Mind, No Longer Needed or Wanted, etc., will incur a $10.00 minimum charge or 20% of the total sales value, not including shipping cost, whichever is greater.  
  2. Any return fees imposed by the shipping service will be charged to the buyer or deducted from the possible refundable amount.
  3. After verification/inspection of the package and merchandise for damage a refund will be issued for the purchase price to original payment method. 
  4. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  5. Should there be any return shipping costs; buyer pays the return shipping costs.
  6. Re-shipping cost will be paid by the buyer. 
  7. No returns after 14 days. 

Refused Shipments
  1. Unless instructed otherwise, do not refuse shipments as this will result in an unnecessary shipping and handling charges. Please accept the shipment and send an email to Pet Facets for assistance.
  2. In addition, actual shipping costs to and from the shipping point as well as a minimum restocking fee of $10.00 or 20%, whichever is greater will be charged.  
  3. All charges must be paid in full before any additional orders will be shipped. 
  4. On all future purchases, customers who refuse shipments will only be sold to on a prepayment basis via debt or transfer funds.

Discontinued merchandise is not refundable.
