Most orders are shipped via USPS the next business day, Monday-Friday, after receipt and clearance of funds.Shipping Cost
- Shipping/handling costs are automatically generated at checkout and can occasionally be wrong and require an adjustment.
- Should there be a shipping/handling adjustment, it will be made before shipment.
- If the automatic generated shipping/handling charge is greater than the correct amount, a refund will be issued back to the original funding account.
- If the automatic generated shipping/handling charge is less the the correct shipping/handling cost, an adjustment will be necessary and a notification will be sent by email to the buyer for the difference.
- Occasionally, a signature may be required for a package which would incur an additional cost.
Most packages are shipped in the USA via United States Postal System (USPS) with a tracking number and insurance.Delays
- Once an order is shipped and in the hands of the USPS, we have no control of the package.
- Any delay or damage due to the USPS requires a claim to submitted to the USPS.
- Should your product be damaged in shipment, a claim must be submitted to the USPS.
- You will be required to show evidence of the damage. So, please take pictures of the damage and do NOT dispose of the damaged product(s), packaging or paperwork until a final resolution is made for your claim. A claim can be filed online at the shipping service's website.
- After verification/inspection, a determination will be made by Pet Facets, LLC for replacement with the same product(s) to the original shipping address.
- We are NOT responsible for how a shipping service handles a package once the package leaves our care.
- It is unnecessary to bad mouth us for how a package is mishandled by a shipping service.
- Shipping outside the US, International shipping are subject to shipping cost adjustment.

- Insurance for international shipping is available at an additional cost. Packages shipped WITHOUT insurance are NOT eligible for claims due to damage or being lost.
- International shipments must clear customs in their destination countries.
- International customers are responsible for any and all custom duties, taxes and brokerage fees that their package may incur.
- Associated fees are determined by the receiving country, we are not able to determine the amount of the fees before shipping.
