Shipping Time 
Most orders are shipped via USPS the next business day, Monday-Friday, after receipt and clearance of funds.
Shipping Cost
  1. Shipping/handling costs are automatically generated at checkout and can occasionally be wrong and require an adjustment.
  2. Should there be a shipping/handling adjustment, it will be made before shipment.
  3. If the automatic generated shipping/handling charge is greater than the correct amount, a refund will be issued back to the original funding account.
  4. If the automatic generated shipping/handling charge is less the the correct shipping/handling cost, an adjustment will be necessary and a notification will be sent by email to the buyer for the difference.
  5. Occasionally, a signature may be required for a package which would incur an additional cost.
Shipping and Tracking
Most packages are shipped in the USA via United States Postal System (USPS) with a tracking number and insurance.
Delays
  1. Once an order is shipped and in the hands of the USPS, we have no control of the package.  
  2. Any delay or damage due to the USPS requires a claim to submitted to the USPS.
Lost or Damaged In Transit
  1. Should your product be damaged in shipment, a claim must be submitted to the USPS. 
  2. You will be required to show evidence of the damage. So, please take pictures of the damage and do NOT dispose of the damaged product(s), packaging or paperwork until a final resolution is made for your claim.  A claim can be filed online at the shipping service's website.
  3. After verification/inspection, a determination will be made by Pet Facets, LLC for replacement with the same product(s) to the original shipping address.
  4. We are NOT responsible for how a shipping service handles a package once the package leaves our care.
  5. It is unnecessary to bad mouth us for how a package is mishandled by a shipping service.
International Shipping - Shipping Outside the USA
  1. Shipping outside the US, International shipping are subject to shipping cost adjustment. 
  2. Should there be a shipping/handling adjustment, it will be made before shipment.
  3. If the automatic generated shipping/handling charge is greater than the correct amount, a refund will be issued back to the original funding account.
  4. If the automatic generated shipping/handling charge is less the the correct shipping/handling cost, an adjustment will be necessary and a notification will be sent by email to the buyer for the difference.
  5. Occasionally, a signature may be required for a package which would incur an additional cost.
  6. Should buyer decide to cancel the order prior to shipping, a full refund will be issued to the original funding source.
  7. Insurance for international shipping is available at an additional cost. Packages shipped WITHOUT insurance are NOT eligible for claims due to damage or being lost.  
  8. International shipments must clear customs in their destination countries.
  9. International customers are responsible for any and all custom duties, taxes and brokerage fees that their package may incur.
  10. Associated fees are determined by the receiving country, we are not able to determine the amount of the fees before shipping.
